Hi, I am Sindhu, the founder of Stellar EcoFarm and an agricultural scientist with formal training in food safety and quality.
I started Stellar EcoFarm because I believe fresh, nutritious food begins with careful growing. As a scientist, I enjoy understanding how plants grow and applying that knowledge to produce healthy, high-quality microgreens for our local community.
Every tray is grown from certified organic seeds in a carefully managed indoor environment, harvested to order, and handled with a focus on food safety and sustainability. I believe local agriculture can be both scientifically rigorous and environmentally responsible.
